Shipping & Returns

We are an NZ only shipping option company. We cannot extend this to outside NZ at this stage. If you wish to contact us we may be able to make an arrangement.

On receipt of your order and payment of goods ordered we will dispatch your order within 4 working days.
We will notify you if, for some reason, we are unable to supply due to the unavailability of the product or some other reason.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or damage incurred after dispatch. On arrival, please check the package and notify us immediately if damaged so we can initiate a claim process with the carrier.

Within New Zealand, all products will be sent by courier to a physical delivery address only (not a PO box).
